The Foundation ... of our 'CORE' performance training program is from the Eastern Block of Europe and is used by most Division I-A athletic programs. At SportsBridge we offer a modified version for age appropriate training.


The Goal ... of the SportsBridge Program is to build better athletes. The focus is to deliver specific adaptation to the athlete to improve performance results. This requires the program to concentrate on neuromuscular stimulation to develop adaptations that are specific to the athlete's sport. It also involves correct and consistent teaching and training of proper mechanics of speed and strength development.


Athleticism is not just about absolute strength performed in the weight room. Athleticism must be functional and transferred to the athlete's individual sport. This requires the athlete to develop agility, which involves strength, speed, balance, timing and body control. At SportsBridge, our athletic training strategy involves all of these elements.
